The European Union (EU) Council has announced the details of the 10th Sanction Package for Russia. In the statement made by the Council of Europe, it was stated that new import-export restrictions and the ban of some media organizations were added to the sanctions package; "Today's decision imposes an export ban on construction industry products that can be sent to the Russian army, such as critical technology and electronics, special vehicles, machinery, truck and jet engine spare parts," the statement said.
