6.6 Magnitude Earthquake in Nepal: Lots of Dead and Injured
A 6.6 magnitude earthquake struck the Doti region of western Nepal. The tremor, which was also felt in New Delhi, the capital of India, lasted about 10 seconds.
According to the statement made by Nepal's National Seismological Center (NSC), a 6.6 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Doti region in the western part of the country.
While many adobe houses became unusable, rescue teams were dispatched to the region. Police reported that 6 people, including 4 children, were killed and 5 injured. Two people were reported missing.
