A fire broke out in a 7-storey building in the Vaulx-en-Velin district of Lyon, France. 10 people, including 5 children, lost their lives in the fire that broke out in the morning. It was reported that the ages of the deceased children ranged from 3 to 15.
While it was announced that the cause of the fire could not be determined yet, it was reported that at least 170 firefighters sent to the scene took the fire under control.
An investigation into the deadly fire has been launched.
