Hurricane Nicole, which descended to the 1st category in the US state of Florida, negatively affected life. Due to the hurricane, 2 people lost their lives, more than 237,000 homes and businesses were left without electricity.

In a statement made by the Orange County Sheriff's Office on social media, it was reported that the electrical wire that broke with the force of the storm fell on a man and a woman, and 2 people who were taken to the hospital died.

In a statement from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, it was reported that some houses were destroyed at the "Wilbur-by-the-Sea" location on the beach, while others were severely damaged. It was also noted that 25 homes north of Daytona Beach have been declared structurally unsafe, and 24 hotels and apartments are unsafe and evacuation orders have been issued.

Nicole was recorded as the first hurricane to hit the United States in nearly 40 years, in November.
