OnlyFans Creator Arrested for 'Refusing to Stay Off Site' in Singapore
Singapore-based OnlyFans creator Titus Low has been jailed for three weeks for refusing to stay away from the site.
Titus Low, 22, was arrested in December 2021 and charged twice with "electronic dissemination of obscene material". Low was released on bail on the condition that he does not have access to his OnlyFans account.
According to the news that PinkNews bases on CNN; A Singapore court sentenced Low to jail on Tuesday (October 11th) for allegedly violating an order to stay away from OnlyFans while under investigation under obscenity laws.
OnlyFans user Low pleaded guilty to all charges and was once again fined for spreading 'obscene material'.
Prosecutors reportedly alleged that Low "violated police investigations to further his financial interests" in violation of an order to stay away from OnlyFans.
Low is known to be the first person to be arrested and charged by OnlyFans in Singapore, where it is illegal to possess, distribute or sell pornographic material.
Low, in a statement to CNN on Wednesday, October 12; He said he did not refuse to return to such adult sites despite his sentence.
