Governor of West Azerbaijan Mohammed Sadik Mutemediyan said in a statement, “The number of people injured in the earthquake increased to 165. While 139 of the injured were treated as outpatients, 26 of them were hospitalized and their treatment continues.''
Mutemediyan said, "In the investigations carried out so far, it seems that the earthquake did not cause any major damage, but the extent of the damage will be announced when the investigations are completed."
