It was reported that 3 people were killed and 6 people were injured in an attack by Russian forces on an infrastructure facility in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev.
Eyewitnesses said that the successive explosions resounded like thunder all over the city and power outages began. Authorities announced that water services were suspended for a while due to the attack.
After the attack, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko stated that an infrastructure facility in the city was hit and said, "One of the infrastructures of the capital was hit. Stay in the shelters. The air alert will continue."
Sirens continue to sound in the city and authorities are warning the civilian population to stay in the shelters.
