A fire broke out in a 35-story building near the world's tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In the fire that broke out at around 02:20 local time, the flames quickly surrounded the building and illuminated the sky. Many firefighters were dispatched to the scene and responded to the flames. It was announced that there was no loss of life in the fire, which was extinguished as a result of the work that lasted for about an hour.
Residents of the building were evacuated to the nearby Rove Hotel. No official statement has yet been made regarding the cause of the fire.
A huge fire broke out in Swissotel Al Murooj Hotel in April and no one was injured in the accident.
