Svante Paabo from Sweden was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine as part of the program organized at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
Svante Paaboo, who won the 2022 Nobel Prize in Medicine for his work on 'human evolution', conducted research comparing the modern human genome with extinct Neanderthals and Denisovans and showing the relationship between species.
The Nobel Prizes will be announced tomorrow for physics, Wednesday for chemistry, Thursday for literature, and October 10 for economics. The Nobel Peace Prize winner will be announced on Friday.
